What if I told you that we have created a virtual space for you to come together, no matter where you live, no matter the time zone, or even your skill level? What if I told you that we host private gatherings for everything from team building activities to milestone birthdays and everything in between? It’s not only possible, it works, and we have had the privilege of planning and leading these types of gatherings for many of you in our community over the past few months! We’re sure you have a few questions, so to help, here’s how you get started and a few of our most frequently asked questions!
We know that every party has its own unique flare, to make sure we are able to offer the perfect workshop for you, email us at email@example.com. When you email, it’s helpful if you have a few dates in mind as well as your time zone and the purpose for the gathering. Please note that in some instances a deposit is required to hold a date.
As more people learn about our workshops our calendar is filling up very quick. We usually are booking for events 1 full month out. We recently have opened up mid-day slots as well for “lunch break” events. Dates are limited, therefore the more notice the better!
Any of them! For an additional charge we can also create a board just for you and your group! We have a whole list of our boards, including limited time seasonal boards under the Zoom Workshop section of our website! With 15 themes currently available, and more always in development we know that there will be a hospitality class theme or charcuterie workshop that will suit your group perfectly!
We just ask for a minimum of ten guests. You are welcome to come with less guests we would just require that a sum of $199.90 is paid. Don’t forget, with the virtual nature of these classes you can invite friends and family from across the country and worldwide!
We can host hundreds of guests in your community, the more the merrier! Depending on the event, if you are looking at hosting a crowd of this size we can discuss the option of hosting as a webinar vs. a meeting! There are pros and cons to each option that we would love to discuss with you when planning your event!
We have thoroughly enjoyed hosted classes with influencers and have seen it go incredibly well! The community loves meeting you and having the opportunity to grow in community together. We have developed custom hospitality classes to meet specific needs as well as co-taught to bring two communities together seamlessly. If a host of the event is paying up front we set up the event as free and guests register with a “free ticket” to receive updates and their supply list! If guests are paying on their own, we set up the event and list the ticket options for them to be able to pay directly. Tickets start at $19.99, pricing will be discussed with your during the planning stages of your event.
Right now, we do not offer ingredient delivery. However, we do offer delivery of wine and charcuterie platters. We have seen some of our corporate partners send a set of a board + wine combo as an add-on. We manage all the delivery of these products for you! We also have seen certain organizers send along a visa gift card to cover their guests ingredient cost. These are optional add-one and at the digression of those we’re planning wit.
