Whipped Pumpkin Pie Goat Cheese Crisps

Yields25 Servings

10 oz Chèvre Goat Cheese (approx.)
 2 tbsp Real Maple Syrup
 2 tbsp Pureed Pumpkin
 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Box Maine Crisp Gluten Free Maple Cinnamon Crisps
Supplies
 1 Decorating Pastry bag
1 Large Star Decorating Tip (linked in bottom of the post)
1

In a kitchen aid mixer or with a hand mixer, quickly mix the goat cheese to break out of log form. Add in the maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and pureed pumpkin. Mix until well combined and whipped.

*DO NOT add more than instructed! Adding too much can make the mixture very soupy. Is yours too thin? Slowly add 1 Tbsp at a time of goat cheese until the mixture firms up and gets back to a solid but whipped state.

2

Get your disposable decorating bag and cut 1 inch off the tip of the bag. Slide your tip through the top of the bag so it falls to the bottom. The tip should rest in the hole you just cut without falling out.

3

Put your whipped mixture into the bag and give it a few twists so the mixture doesn’t come out of the top.

4

Place your Maine Crisp crackers flat on a platter. With your piping bag, apply pressure and pipe small stars on top of each cracker.

Remember, while the mixture is divine, you don’t want to pipe too much! These are meant to be bite size, so just enough to cover the top is the goal.

5

Sprinkle the top with cinnamon or leave as is! These come together so quickly and are ready to eat.

We recommend preparing these right before they go on the table so that the crackers don’t stale!

Then, do your best to not eat them all yourself!
