Hospitality can get busy and time goes quickly! While we believe in everyday gourmet, we also believe that it shouldn’t be too labor intensive either! In this class guests will learn three no-bake gourmet appetizers for any occasion! After taking this workshop guests will be able to make Loaded Brie, Antipasto Skewers, & A Homemade Seasonal Salsa (i.e strawberry, mango, cranberry). Great on its own or building on another class, this class is perfect for anyone!
I’ve grown to love this simple gourmet appetizer from the Italian cuisine! We love it so much that we now offer a bruschetta trio class, teaching you to make three toppings of this versatile appetizer! Together, guests will learn to make Traditional Italian bruschetta, Goat Cheese Berry Bruschetta, and a Brie, Pear, and Prosciutto Bruschetta. As my Italian grandfather would have said, mange!
