As a self-taught food stylist, hostess and cake designer, I have had my fair share of failure in the kitchen. Cake designs gone horribly wrong, platters of food that I’ve wanted to throw away and hundreds of dollars of wasted ingredients and supplies.
After years of learning and creating, I have gathered the tools, methods and troubleshooting hacks to teach YOU how to navigate the kitchen and prepare for your next gathering with ease.
Through these classes I will walk you through foundational skills you need to design versatile cakes, arrange stunning charcuterie and feel ready for any celebration.

We require a minimum of 10 guests for our average per person rate.
We are able to accommodate less people with a slight increase to each ticket.

All we would need from you are
Tables, Chairs and a 24x12 inch working area per guest!
We can arrange details with a venue we already work with to host you!
This means you and your friends get the whole place to yourselves!
